Volunteer Opportunities
Article Reviewers for the Stroke Corner Newsletter
Volunteers review about one article per quarter, with about two hours of work per article. Please email strokesig@gmail.com if you are interested!
CSM 2024 Poster & Platform Reviewers
We are again in need of reviewers for stroke-related posters and platform presentations during CSM 2024 in Boston. If you are interested in helping us determine the BEST stroke-related poster and platform presentation, please email apaul8@radford.edu. We will then send more information and the rubric to score the posters/platform presentations. To keep your time commitment low, we are planning to ask each reviewer to review 2 presentations (1-2 hours commitment depending on the type and scheduling of presentations), but it would be great to know if you have availability to review more. Also, let us know if you would prefer not to review during specific days/times or specific people.
Awards
The Stroke SIG is proud of our members and the contributions they make both to the profession and the patients we serve. Please help us identify individuals who are exceptional in stroke research and service to the Stroke SIG.
- Nominations are open May 1- August 1 each year.
