2025 Elections

Stroke SIG Board Nominations Are Open!

The Election Cycle for 2024-2025 is officially underway, and we would like to invite you to consider applying for a leadership position! This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your network, collaborate with clinicians and educators who share similar interests, and grow your involvement with the APTA and the Neurologic Academy. We have three leadership positions available: Chair-Elect, Vice Chair, and Nominating Committee Member. The nomination form is located here (you must be logged in to access this page), and it is due March 17th, 2025 - self-nominations are absolutely accepted! This year’s elections will occur from March 31st to April 14th, with the subsequent 3 year term beginning July 1st if elected.

The Stroke SIG nominating committee would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the positions, time commitment, etc. Please reach out to us, and know we will also be present during Stroke SIG All Members Meetings and CSM’s Myelin Melter to discuss more!
