2024 ANPT ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT) is excited to announce its’ 2024 Annual Conference event to be held Thursday, September 19 – Saturday, September 21. The conference is being held in Columbus, Ohio.

The ANPT annual conference aims to foster excellence in neurologic physical therapy by promoting

knowledge translation strategies,
dissemination of clinically-relevant scientific evidence,
application of best practices, and
networking opportunities among clinicians, scientists, educators, administrators, and students

We will do this by:

examining recommendations and research evidence (for example, clinical practice guidelines, evidence-based documents, clinical trials)
exploring examples of successful efforts of knowledge translation of evidence-based practices
offering opportunities for meaningful engagement, discussion, and development of collaborations among participants

The conference will include large group and small group discussions on topics related to communication with patients and families, including delivering measurement results (“life altering information”) and shared decision-making. There will also be usual high-quality presentations on evidence-based content, with an emphasis on implementation into clinical practice.

In-Person Registration

The 2024 ANPT Annual Conference In-Person Registration will include:

Keynote presentation on Thursday evening
Moving Forward Forum on Friday evening
Networking events throughout the conference
2 hour education sessions throughout the conference
Breakfast and coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday
Two evening receptions with access to exhibitors and poster presentations
On Demand access to selected education sessions available after the in-person conference.

On-Demand Registration

Aligned with our Mission of "elevating physical therapy to optimize movement and wellbeing for those at risk for or impacted by neurologic conditions", ANPT is excited to host 8 of the 2024 Annual Conference educational sessions On-Demand for those unable to travel to Columbus in September.

The On-Demand registration will include:

Interactive profile to connect with fellow on-demand attendees.
8 Education sessions may be worth up to 16 contact hours or 1.6 CEUs.

KEYNOTE

We are happy to announce the Keynote Speaker for the ANPT 4th Annual Conference! Janet R.
